This one is interesting. A Weibo user has posted an image of a Powermaster Optimus Prime - not the TakaraTomy Ginrai version! - in black and gold with the logo of Primitive Skateboarding on the side. A little research reveals Primitive is the brand of pro skater Paul Rodriguez, and while their products are featured in skate shops everywhere, there seems to be one Primitive Apparel store, in Encino, CA. So this one might be a touch tough to get. But for now that's all guesswork, as all we have is an image. Keep reading to see it!
Given the scope of Primitive and the fact that it's the Hasbro mold in use, odds seem very good that this will be an exclusive available somewhere in the US. Hopefully we'll find out more about where and how in the coming months!
