Flame Toys has posted to their Facebook revealing a new product series they'll begin offering soon: Furai Action. According to the Facebook post, Furai Action will consist of pre-painted and pre-assembled versions of existing Furai Models, targeting the audience that might not have the time to focus on assembling and finishing a model themselves, but still want to enjoy the completed figure.
The post also makes reference to "real battle painting" which might indicate an intent to make the figures look a bit roughed up from combat, rather than the basically pristine look of an out of the box Furai Model. The Optimus Prime pictured with the post does exhibit a bit of weathering, but doesn't have any excessive damage effects, so it's unclear if this is in fact what they're referring to.
Preorders are said to begin "soon" but no pricing details are given. Since regular Furai Models run around $50 already, one could well assume that an already built and painted version would probably carry a premium above and beyond that price.
Flame Toys recently announced Furai Action, a pre-finished version of their Furai Model offerings for people looking for a more standard action figure experience, or who otherwise can't devote the time to building and painting a model kit. Leading this new lineup is their IDW ver. Optimus Prime, a production sample of which has now been shown on the Flame Toys social media channels.
