The company announced today there will be layoffs and cutbacks that include cancellation of the Transformers game, as stated below:
For better or worse, as we know as Transformers fans, the games tend to be more miss than hit. Not that we lacking for new games in the franchise as their are a number of new enhanced reality games rolling out such as the Transformers: Alliance game in Japan and the Transformers Beyond Reality, among others that you can follow in the Games Section
