So, when TakaraTomy designated the Legends versions of Titans Return Hot Rod and Kup as Targetmasters, they weren't kidding! Each of them comes with a Targetmaster partner in addition to their Titan Master/Headmaster, and on top of that Kup seems to sport a new set of arms and new faceplate that work well with his new paintjob to be a better representation of the animated character than the US release.
