First off, lets start with Optimus Prime.
Optimus Prime: A new look for Optimus. Instead of his normal big rig, he is now a fire truck. He has electronic lights and sounds and a neat ladder that slides up to about 2 feet long.
Transfomation: Take the front and seperate it from the rest. Pull the front apart to reveal the legs. Open a flap at the bottom of each leg and flip down the feet. Spread arms apart ad slide down to reveal fists. Slide torso down reveal head. To make a bigger prime, take his ultra prime feet and set them like you normally would. Put them on his shoulders. Take one of the hands for ultra Prime and attach it to him. This makes a suped up looking Optimus Prime. To create his ultimate mode, attach ultra prime feet and hands. Slide his torso up just so the head is barely beneath the hole. Take the ladder part and attach it to him. Attach shoulder parts and put Prime's gun on the side of his head (you should see a hole). The ultra prime parts can also be used to make prime's base.
Ultra Magnus: Magnus is a car transporter that can hold up to 3 cars (I use X-Brawn, Hot Rod and Prowl). He has a huge gun that has 3 different modes. He also has electronic lights and sounds.
Transformation: Take his legs apart from the rest. Transform the legs and flip out the pegs. Take the truck itself and transform to the normal body and flip out pegs. Attach legs to him and he is ready to go. He doesn’t stand up to well because of the weight on his back.
Omega Prime: Omega Prime is what you get when you combine Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus.
Transformation. Transform Magnus's legs to make Omega Prime's feet. Take Ultra Magnus's hands off and flip flaps to other sides to reveal Omega Prime's hands. Fix the rest of Magnus to make Omega's upper body. Okay, now take Prime and take all parts off of him so you have normal Optimus. Keep the torso the same as when you have it for Ultra Prime and attach the parts from Magnus to him. After putting the upper body (What was left of Magnus), flip up the head of Omega Prime. He also does not stand up well due to the weight on his back.
Overall: Perhaps the best combiners ever. They certainly make the best transformer in RiD.
