Undermine is a new name for the US series. He serves for Scourge as his hunter/assassin. His alt form resembles a velociraptor. Nice detailing to this mode. Also like the mace tail. The tail is multi-jointed, so you can have several positions for it. The legs also have several joints, so it can make out for some great posing. Note that his fin also serves as his Robot form head. Insert the Cyber Key with the front facing his left side into the back of his fin, and a blade flips out. Looks useful if you have his head bowed completely down in a full-charge position. However, his head in this mode stops the blade from fully flipping out. Transformation is a little involved but overall pretty simple.
The Robot mode is intriguing. Undermine's head resembles the head of The Predator in a way (at least to me). He has no hands persay (his beast mode head splits in 2 and forms his hands), but there is a spot to plug in his tail, which forms a mace whip. The aforementioned multi-jointing of the tail makes this a most useful weapon. Although his legs have nice posing ability, his arms aren't as flexible. I do like how his beast mode arms fold down on his torso, adds a nice touch. Use his Cyber Key and the blade again flips out on top of his head. Again, useful if bowed down in a full charge position. This figure turned out to be better than I expected, I was pleasantly surprised. In my opinion, he's the best Scout (Basic) class beast bot since Energon Divebomb.
