Sandstorm Through The Years from Transformers G1 to Legacy United

Thanks agian to Vector Sigma who's put together another of the awesome looks at Sandstorm through the years. Gosh, its easy to forget how many times this figure has been reproduced since G1 and here we have many comparisons with character toys made in the Generations editions. Most notible is this shots of the G1 Toy Head with the masked face that was different from the cartoon appearence.

SMH....Thus is a definite pass for me.  The 60% that voted this guy is "great" are the reason why we keep getting subpar figs.  At first sight it's very top heavy and his feet are simply empty.  At $55 I can't justify the price.  $30 is even pushing it.  It's a shame because Sandstorm is one of the top triple changers for me.

Man, this looks great! It only makes me wonder how awesome Sureshot would have been.
