The three will be available in a special convention pack being sold at Comic-Con International in San Diego, Gen Con, and PAX Unplugged, as well as Hasbro Pulse. Unlike the Blaster vs. Soundwave exclusive with the cool retro art, there's no retail equivalent to this set that we know of. Happy hunting!
