Coming our way via Phr0g
we have some images of Flame Toys' officially licensed, high-end, non-transforming Drift figure, from their Kuro Kara Kuri lineup. These pictures show us the packaging, including the tray inside for the accessory loadout, a quick demo of all the lights turned on, and then a basic overview of posing and accessory options for the figure, including the fabric cloak. It's an excellent looking product - as one would hope for one with a price point this high: Sponsor BigBadToyStore currently has preorders available at $299.99

2017 is over - perhaps mercifully, depending on how your 2017 went. But whatever your year was like, one constant remains: there were some good Transformers figures this year! RAC has compiled a list of his five favorites - and two honorary mentions. Keep reading to see his favorites as he switches from third- to first-person writing!

Transformers Generations Power of the Primes Leader Class figures are 9-inch-scale figures that come with a Matrix accessory and converting Evolution Armor. Use the Evolution Armor to evolve these figures. With the Matrix of Leadership, Orion Pax becomes leader of the Autobots: Optimus Prime. Autobot Hot Rod becomes leader of the Autobots: Rodimus Prime. While we wait on the new year, and on the second wave of Power of the Primes
Deluxes to finish our Dinobot combiners, artist Marcelo Matere has posted the original pencils for Volcanicus to Twitter! The image does some great things with the design, making rounded parts of the wide-set torso into shoulders, which really does look good. Keep reading to see the image!
Just in thanks to youtuber counter656. We have this new promo he put together of a stop motion video featuring Optimus Prime, Hot Rod, and Overlord. Watch as Optimus Prime and Hot Rod fight to keep the Matrix of Leadership out of Overlord’s hands.

Here's yet another gallery that isn't from Hasbro Australia - now, wasn't it worth not letting them premiere these? This one is from Clement Soh Photography on Facebook, which we've mirrored here. While Battleslash has some proportional compromises for combined mode in the form of some biggish legs, Roadtrap looks very nice in his individual mode, and the combined Battletrap form is quite dynamic. Following up from the earlier report of the first appearance of Power of The Primes Legends Wave 2 at retail in Singapore, Planet Iacon's N' Raid Raptor has posted a few photos showing the combined Battletrap form of new mold Legends figures Battleslash and Roadtrap alongside a few other toys mostly for purposes of scale reference. The pictures also give a nice overview of the redesigned Duocon from the front, side and back, and the overall result looks pretty good! You can find the new photos below.
Recently, Hasbro Australia had to decline to show off Power of The Primes Legends wave 2 at a fan meet event, by request of Hasbro's home office here in the US who had different plans for revealing those toys. But it turns out that decision wasn't entirely in their hands. Via Singapore retailer Robo Robo and Raid Raptor on Planet Iacon, we have photos of the new figures, which includes Tailgate, redeco/retool of Windcharger, and new molds Battleslash and Roadtrap representing the Duocon Battletrap. We have the photos mirrored below. Keep reading to check out the brand new toys!

has posted photos to Twitter showing that Target is including Titans Return
in its post-holiday clearance! Prices will vary by store, but Sipher was able to find Legends - including Seaspray and Cosmos! - ranging from $5-7, Titan Masters for under $4, and Deluxes for $10.70. It may be worth a visit if you still need some of the past year's Generations figures! Keep reading for photographic proof.
In this month's issue of Figure King magazine, there appears to be an article mentioning the similarity of Power of The Primes between its Hasbro and TakaraTomy iterations. Autobase Aichi has reported on this, though not in depth, and based on the web-translation of the blog post, it sounds like this is the start of a stronger push towards bringing the Transformers brand closer together between its main markets. Unfortunately this would serve to confirm that, as the photos showed, we probably shouldn't expect any real changes to the toys for their Japanese release. Keep reading!
Meanwhile, this is what Hasbro thinks of people in our age group: Episode 8 of Titans Return
, Machinima's adult-oriented Transformers animated series, is up on go90 today! This episode is entitled 'In Good Hands,' and that's all we know because we haven't watched it yet. Keep reading for a link!
