It's unofficial Aerialbot season, and just in we have a nice, detailed gallery of one of Zeta Toys' offerings for their Kronos project. "Fly Fire" is their take on Fireflight, or "Firefly" as the character was officially renamed for trademark purposes during Combiner Wars. The gallery shows off the figure quite well, with quite a range of articulation to be had and some nicely crisp sculpt work. We get a look at the arm mode too, including a close up of the construction of the combiner elbow. Click through for the gallery credit and Fly Fire images!
Unique Toys has released full color photos of two upcoming Palm Collection Legends-scale unofficial figure sets. Set 04 features Apeface and Brainstorm, and is going by the product name "No Minds & Unhappy", while set 05 is Cerebros and Snapdragon, named "Day & Night". Both sets look pretty good, and show what we think is some clear development progress from their initial release in this series. Plus, one can't help wondering whether there's a body someplace for that Cerebros head mode and where such a thing would fall in comparative scale. Check out all the photos below!
New images have been released on Weibo of the Iron Warrior Pioneer prototype model. This figure is a cartoon accurate edition of the Tranformers Prime Optimus Prime figure complete with a floating transparent windshield, and his giant Star Saber created by Solus Prime. Read on to see the images mirrored in the gallery below until we know know more about the price and release date.
Perfect Effect promised a short while ago that upgrade products for Power of The Primes were on the way for anyone looking to improve their official toys. We now have a first look at what they have in store, in the form of PC-21, PC-22, and a sneak peek at PC-23. 21 and 22 are hand and foot replacement sets for Volcanicus and Starscream respectively, similar to what was released during Combiner Wars but with updated styling. PC-23 isn't mentioned specifically, but the demo build of Volcanicus can be seen with new armor pieces likely filling the same role as the "armor" made for Menasor, and a shadowed-out gigantic sword. Releases are due to start in March. Click through to see the pictures!
Fanstoys has released new photos tonight, giving the first look at Iceman, which is a bizarre codename they've given to their figure derived from the Aerialbot Air Raid. In standard primer grey we get a few different looks at the robot mode to show off the details and design, though for jet mode we're offered only renders at the moment. Plus a side by side shot with their not-Silverbolt gives a sense of comparative scale, albeit with nothing anyone really knows the size of either, so the usefulness is slightly limited. We've mirrored the photos, check them out below!

Just so people wouldn't forget, Alien Attack Toys released a new gallery of STF-01 Firage shortly after the El Cid update. Firage is of course the representation of the character Mirage or Dino from Dark of The Moon
whose only toys were redecos or retools of the movie Sideways at both the Cyberverse and Deluxe levels. A lot of detail is shown in these photos, from articulation, use of the accessories, and even a break down of the packaging. It looks very nice, but of course, only time will tell how it shakes out for real! Click through to view the mirrored photos.
Alien Attack Toys rang in the new year by posting a few new photos of El Cid, due to be the second toy in their movie-derivative figure line. El Cid represents Optimus Prime more or less as he looked in parts of Age of Extinction
and The Last Knight
. Probably. Though we're sure people who were more attentive to tiny detail changes between movies might be able to let us know what this most accurately represents. Some examples of poseability are shown, plus a vehicle comparison, and a close look at the sword and shield, among the new photos we have. We've got them mirrored below, click through to see them right now.
Generation toy's latest figure is GT-10 BW T-Beast! Masterpiece scaled, this figure stands 25CM/9.9" tall in robot mode, and transforms from a monkey to robot and back! GT-10 BW T-Beast includes two beast swords and shoulder mounted blasters! Figure contains: ABS and Die-cast parts. Read on to see the full details and images.
Alucardlee has posted a photo shoot to Weibo featuring Sergeant, the first of Generation Toy's unofficial Protectobots to be shown off in full color and apparently finalized deco, coming just days after a release of full team shots in grey prototype form. The Streetwise analogue should be along the line of Masterpiece scale, and features some design reimagining to give it a bit of its own identity in both modes. We have the photos mirrored, click through to see them now!
Following their Drift figure. Flame Toys reveals their latest homage to the IDW Star Saber comic book character! This mold is quite stunning in design and detailing, bringing this figure into competition with the kind of work we have seen previously from Gundam and other super-detailed Japanese mecha characters.
No word on the price or when this will be delivered, but be sure to check out the images of the concept art and prototype for what is sure to be one of the most exciting Third Party projects in some time.

Perfect Effect posted to Facebook to reveal a new deco for their Gorira Jr partner figures designed as weapon accessories for Beast Gorira, the unofficial Optimal Optimus they released previously. Though not closely color-matching, these are shown paired with the Primal Prime redeco of Beast Gorira, and apart from deco seem otherwise unchanged. Plus perhaps simply hoping to confirm expectations, Perfect Effect has confirmed upcoming Perfect Combiner releases will be focused on Power of The Primes. If you've been hoping for upgrades to improve the Dinobots' combined Volcanicus form, you may be in luck soon enough. Keep reading to see the Gorira Jr photos!
Generation-Toy has posted a set of photos to Weibo showing off the full set of their Guardian project - unofficial MP-size Protectobots. The team collectively falling under the GT-6 label is shown in basic shots of robot and vehicle together to give a general overview of the design style. Along with a couple of full-team shots, we do get to see the built out Guardian itself, albeit only in flat grey. Presumably colors and more individual figure detail will be forthcoming soon. You can get a look at the team in this early stage right now in the mirrored gallery just below!
Coming to use via Weibo, we have a look at another representative of the unofficial Masterpiece-style Aerialbots competition. This time from Zeta Toys we get to see some detailed looks at Silver Arrow, their Silverbolt, in prototype form. Mostly on display here is the aesthetic and detailing for the robot and jet modes, as little can be seen as far as the actual technical side of the figure as it's presented here. We have previously seen an early build of Zeta's Superion
though which paired with this might offer some clues. Check out all the mirrored images below!
