Yesterday and today are the dates for Playcon, the annual US toy industry symposium where important people from the field meet to discuss the future of toys. A digital town hall meeting was held in which the CEO of the resurrected KB Toys, Ellia Kassoff,

By way of a listing on Taobao-affiliated TMall, we have the first sign of what looks like a giftset release of the Dinobot combiner Volcanicus heading to retail in China and perhaps other Hasbro-marketed regions of Asia. Specific details are few as the product listing is fully in Chinese, but it does seem implied that this will be normal retail stock bundled together in a bigger box, rather than a uniquely produced version of the toys. Along with the Dinobots, it seems this will come with a branded notebook, and an amount of credit or other bonuses for the Earth Wars mobile game. Check out the listing images below!

Amazon has gotten many of them, and today Amazon Canada has a list for Repugnus while Amazon US has Counterpunch. At the moment, these pages do little more than provide a more reliable indicator that these figures, in fact, exist. But they're probably worth watching! Keep reading to see.

Power of The Primes concludes the Prime Wars Trilogy, with the Machinima-produced web series debuting on May 1st on the go90 service in the US, and via tumblr(?!) in the rest of the world. This is a substantially shorter break period between shows than we enjoyed from Combiner Wars to Titans Return, and accordingly the promo buildup has been somewhat less as well. But the main focus of the effort has been a "poster" image released in pieces on Machinima's Instagram page which is now fully complete. Of course, if you want to see the entire image assembled, it still requires a little work, however you can take a shortcut and view the whole thing just below.

and the editor who presided over IDW's most creatively successful period - will be taking the title of Editor In Chief for the entire company. More info inside!
There's a few questions around Power of The Primes Nemesis Prime. One was answered just yesterday with the reveal of the inner robot name. But there are still others that are important, like what will be the price point given all the extra things it comes with, when will it be released, and also of significant importance, where can we buy it?
Fortunately today, we can at least resolve the matter of where at least US collectors will be getting Nemesis Prime from. Keep reading!
A short while back we got some first look copies of the stock photos for the latest Nemesis Prime, coming along at some undisclosed future point in Power of The Primes. Common speculation followed the path that this might be an uncharacteristically early leak of a Comic Con exclusive for the year, however, with a new listing on Amazon UK that outcome seems more likely to be proved false. Whatever the eventual means of release, we now have both high-res stock photos to check out, as well as the first reveal of the name for the recolored Orion Pax figure. Keep reading to check it all out!

The official Transformers Instagram account has posted a brief slideshow showing off the development history of Power of the Primes
Legends class Dinobot Slash! Showing the concept art, prototype, and final official photography, Slash is shown with a pair of thematically-appropriate short swords in the concept art - and while we're sad those didn't cost out it's not a very normal thing for Legends to ship with weapons anymore. So it's not exactly unexpected. Keep reading to see.
