Just a short while after we got a first tease of Masterpiece Dinobot's robot mode, the dam has burst and we have all the (initial) stock photography for MP-41! Most importantly, this has size reference images showing an impressive scale alongside Optimus Primal and Cheetor. But beyond that, we have an accessory layout and various pose and detail shots of the figure. And while some clue can be derived for the most basic of transformation processes, much still remains delightfully mysterious! SPOILER: the body turns inside-out between modes! Keep reading to see all the lovely images!
A tiny bit earlier than we expected, we have our very first look at stock photography for a full color sample of the upcoming Masterpiece Dinobot! The third (or technically fourth) Beast Wars Masterpiece is shown in robot mode with the tail weapon and regular sword, and as one might expect of such a Masterpiece, it does not immediately present an idea of how it can possibly transform. We suspect witchcraft. The photo is not very large, but it's a good start for what will doubtlessly be an incoming deluge of high quality images very soon! Click through to take a look.
Hasbro Pulse has posted an official announcement for MPM-5 Barricade, a joint production with TakaraTomy! The brief announcement covers the details of the figure, including its 40-step conversion and the fact that it was designed using Industrial Light & Magic's original CAD files for the character! Keep reading for all the details and a better look at the photo.

Over on Facebook, Loopaza has uncovered new info about Masterpiece Beast Wars Dinobot! After what's seemed like forever waiting, we're finally inching towards a real release for our third Beast Wars MP mold, which is reported to be designated as MP-41. But while the release info offers no new images or other details about the figure directly, we do get to find out a release date, and a price to go with it. And it's a bit of a shocker. Take a seat, and keep reading for the details!
Facebook user Sam Scott Robertz has posted a gallery of MP-36 Golden Lagoon Megatron to Facebook! This is the best look we've gotten at the "Lucky Draw" version of the G1 Masterpiece. We're not quite sure how distribution will work for this, but it likely will be via some kind of contest - and we wouldn't want to transform this, either. Keep reading to see!
The Facebook group Transformers: Rarity of Convoy has posted images of an MP-36 Megatron in vac-metal gold! Even the accessories have been redone in various types of golden plastic this time around. We don't yet know how many will be available or how, but if we had to guess on those our answers would be "less than 10" and "in a Japan-only contest." Keep reading to see!

Thanks to heo geun we have a look at some of the contents from the latest issue of Figure King Magazine, which has a two page feature on TakaraTomy's release of MPM-4 Optimus Prime. The North American version of the figure is already available at Toys R Us in some areas, so we're already familiar with the toy to some degree. What's important here is deco changes, though it seems that the sample photographed for the magazine may be the same unit shown at Wonderfest recently, which may have been slightly incomplete deco-wise. But we're sure to see plenty more of this before release to make sure. Click through to see the magazine photos!
TakaraTomy's website has been updated with official stock photos from today's reveals. First up is MP-40 Hot Rod, redecoed in a fairly specific variant of the character's cartoon coloring and now sporting Firebolt, in the form of the Offshoot figure that was made for the US release of MP Rodimus Prime several years ago. We've got the full standard photo range, plus a turnaround series for both the robot and vehicle mode, so we get a fairly complete look at this figure. Click through and check it out!
TFND has posted images of MP-40 Targetmaster Hot Rod with his partner Firebolt! While the handgrip is likely a new molding to accomodate the smaller scale of modern Masterpieces, the majority of Firebolt is indeed taken from the "Offshoot" mold released with Hasbro's version of MP-9 Rodimus Prime. Keep reading for photos! This is up for pre-order now at BigBadToyStore.com.
