Toilet Troop? Techie Team? New Codenamed Transformers Listings Hit Amazon

And in today's dose of "what on Earth," Amazon has posted listings for some new codenamed Transformers products: "Toilet Troop," "Techie Team," "Greaser Gang," and "Jock Squad" listings ranging from $10 to $15USD. We have absolutely no concrete information on what these could be... but RAC has a theory, because of course he does. Keep reading for more! The product description is clearly generic text meant to fill in space on any Transformers product that Hasbro hasn't revealed details about yet:

But, what do we know? Well... nothing. But there's other rumors we've heard that could dovetail with this. A recent rumor claimed that Hasbro was going to be replacing the Legends and (BLANK)-Master lines with Micromasters and "Battlemasters" when War For Cybertron rolls around. The thought was that perhaps the $10 price point would involve Micromasters with battle stations or other large accessories... but what if they're Micromaster Patrols? Or, if you're pulling out your thesaurus, Troops, Teams, Gangs, or Squads. With the list price being $10-15, it could be that we're looking at price increases at the lowest sizes as well... or that Hasbro has embraced the $20 pricepoint for Deluxes and is creating a new size class to go in between what used to be Legends and Deluxe.

Or these could have nothing to do with the impending Generations reboot! There's no way to know. But speculation is fun.
