The New York Post is reporting this year's Toy Fair is joining the long list of events hit by the pandemic with numerous companies pulling out of the event The article states the Javitz Center will go on, but Hasbro and other toy companies and retailers will not be there.
They join Hasbro, Jazwares and MGA Entertainment among others in ditching plans to attend the fair, still set to take place at the Javits Center in Manhattan from Feb. 19-22. Others, including Tonka Truck maker Basic Fun, are on the fence about attending, sources say.
This is sad news as we were just looking forwards to things getting back to something like normal with a return to the Toy Fair event in New Your City that has been in preparation for many months now. Unfortunately, it is not to be this year. Read the full story now at nypost.com
