Animated Japan Arcee Action Figure Test Shot

Thanks to HK-TF member chenkofs who has posted new images of a Transformers: Animated Arcee action figure. The new images of a test shot / production sample show us the figure up close in robot and vehicle modes and with all her paint applications.

What's interesting is there appears to be some reworking on the head mold as noted in the illustration below. The paint apps are darker with pink replaced by the red body color. the stripes are pink instead of red.

On the figure itself, the mid-torso, biceps,and wheels painted in black by Hasbro has been recolored in a burgundy color. The feet remain black. It is hard to tell, but her sword is looks to be the same clear blue tinted plastic?

If you have had a hard time finding the Hasbro release or are worried about some of the mold defects. You may want to hold off for the Takara Tomy edition. It will no doubt cost a bit more coming from Japan. The current price on the Animated Japan Arcee deluxe figures is 2300JPY, roughly $25 USD plus shipping.
