Old Twins Not In Transformers 3, But New Twins Are?

It seems that many of the Tformers Community members who called a bluff on Transformers 3 Director Michael Bay stating that the Autobot Twins Skids and Mudflap would not be returning in the third installment were right.

Left Lane News has obtained some images that show two Chevrolet Spark vehicles rolling around in an undisclosed location all dressed up with Autobot logos on the center caps on the wheels.

The Chevrolet Spark is the production model of the Chevrolet Beat, which was Skids' alternate mode in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

The two Sparks are nearly identical -- both are painted black -- but one has green racing stripes while the other sports orange to resemble the color schemes of Skids and Mudflap, respectively, from the previous film.

Mudflap was previously based on the Chevrolet Trax concept, but if this these vehicles really are serving as the alternate mode for these two characters, the two brothers will be identical twins this time around instead of fraternal.

We have one image of each vehicle in the gallery below, as well as an image of the Autobot cap. For the rest of the images, head over to LeftLaneNews.com.
