First Looks at TakaraTomy Masterpiece MP-10 Convoy and Human Driver

We have certainly heard quite a bit about TakaraTomy's upcoming Masterpiece MP-10 Convoy Ver 2.0 figure, but we finally get a look at the figure and its human driver.

Courtesy of the famitoy blog, we have views of the figure and the scale of the figure, as compared with MP-09 Rodimus Convoy (recently announced to get a re-release of its own).

The images are watermarked with Hasbro, even though TakaraTomy is releasing the figure. This gives us the (hopeful) thinking that it will eventually hit stateside as well.

The images also show off the human driver, looking very much like Generation 1 era Spike Witwicky.

Convoy features some rather interesting features, including:

A full trailer with a base mode and Roller

Convoy's blaster may be folded and stored in his backside, allowing you to no longer lose that loose piece

The figure transforms in one touch

The figure is slated for a September 2011 release and is priced at 22,000 Yen (~$273 USD).
