More Megatron Megabolt

It's the constant churn of the rumor mill. First there was all the talk about the Optimus Prime, Ultra Magnus and Scourge/X-Brawn Spychangers. Then an endless affair with Cryotek. Now the saga continues with the Megatron Megabolt figure. Questions go unanswered. Will it be issued as a RiD or Beast Machines toy? Is it going to be an exclusive? Will it be released at all? Only time will tell.

So, here we are again back in the Transformers soap opera scooping the latest dish on Megabolt. Recently, a slew of images of the new Megatron figure have been appearing online in Robots in Disguise packaging along with a rumor about it being a KB Toys exclusive.

The other interesting thing to surface is an auction on eBay for a Megabolt figure in Beast Machines packaging. Since these are supposed to be test shots. It actually makes sense that there would be variations in the figure and or packaging.
