On Planet Speedia, there are two quarreling Cybertron warriors. On the other hand, Cobe, on the Earth, is searching for the chip square in the Aegean Sea & Africa. Bad is fascinated in the time slip created & displayed by Vector Prime who is the guardian of space & time. Starscream who appears in front of Cobe to hinder their progress, begins to attack, in order to steal the chip square. Hop stands up in order to defend the children. However, there is a momentary loss of hope... At that time, a big decision is made by Vector Prime.
