The
Transformers 3 production crew will be on-hand to film some scenes at the Kennedy Space Center in Space Coast, FL this Wednesday, according to
NASA Space Flight.
The site, not affiliated with NASA, reports that the crew is expected to film at Pad 39A, which will coincidentally have Shuttle Discovery on display, leading to the belief that one of the soon-to-be-retired shuttles will be featured in the final film of the
Transformers live action trilogy.
Hundreds of extras will be on-hand to be filmed on Wednesday as well, NASA Space Flight reports.
Last week, approximately
600 NASA employees showed up at a casting call for the chance to appear on camera.
