Transformers 35th Anniversary Classic Animation Siege Optimus And Megatron New Images

Ebay auctions have delivered us some new stock images of the upcoming 35th Anniversary Siege Voyagers, which are coming exclusively to Walmart in the US very soon. We now have extended stock photos for the "Classic Animation" Optimus Prime and Megatron, featuring "cel-shaded" deco effects in place of the battle damage present on the original releases.

Optimus Prime features a bit of a discrepancy between photos, as some depict the toy having a dark grey face plate with a white highlight, while others show a light faceplate with a dark grey shadow applied. Based on what we saw in recent unboxing videos, it looks like the light faceplate with a shadow is the correct, final deco.

While the US release is expected at the beginning of October via Walmart, it looks like these toys are already starting to become available overseas, as these stock images in particular were seen on listings from Taiwan, and were not represented as being pre-sales. But, naturally,that early access comes at a premium cost, and a gamble on the shipping time which could extend longer than it'll take to have these show up domestically anyway. Buyer beware!
