Transformers 5 - Details on Movie Production and Auditions Announced

I am extremely happy to announce that the Paramount Picturesfeature film “Transformers 5” will begin shooting on June 15,2016, and auditions are now being set up for new lead and supporting roles in Los Angeles, Michigan, and London. The film is currently using the working title of “E75”. Di Bonaventura Pictures and Bay Films in association with Amblin Entertainment and New Myth Entertainment will film the Paramount Pictures feature film “Transformers 5” in the Detroit, Michigan area with additional filming to take place in London, England.Extras will be cast closer to the start of production in June.Film crew members and production staff can now submit resumes to the production office email address posted below. All actors, extras, and crew members must have legal eligibility to work in the entertainment industry in Michigan and in the United States, as well as in London and the United Kingdom.Details below. Filming on “Transformers 5” is scheduled to continue through October 15, 2016.

Two-time Academy Award nominee Mark Wahlberg is returning to reprise his role as Cade Yeager, and Daytime Emmy Awards nominee Peter Cullen returns as the voice of Optimus Prime.Several new lead and supporting roles are currently being cast.Directors Guild of America DGA Award winner Michael Bay will direct “Transformers 5” from an original screenplay written byAcademy Award winner Akiva Goldsman. Bay will also executive produce under the banner of his production company Bay Films, along with three-time Academy Award winner Steven Spielberg for Amblin Entertainment. “Transformers 5” is scheduled to be released in theaters on June 23, 2017. Two additional sequels will be filmed, with release dates of June 8, 2018 and June 28,2019 respectively.
