Animated Character Sketches of New Series Additions

52Toys.com has posted what are claimed to be character sketches of Rodimus, Blackout, Spittor, and Strika from the Transformers Animated series.

Like some of the other characters, these designs pay homage to the previous versions of the characters before this series.

Take a look at the sketches below.

As long as it's transformers I'm fine. Rodimus looks cool! So does Blackout!

It seems odd to me that for a show with infantile aspirations (ie: the target audience and the graphical style), there sure seems to be a lot of "fan" content in terms of using older characters or at least, "obscure" TF characters.

It irks me how these are all in Animated. I sure hope they come out for Universe.

Interesting. It irks me how all the cooler Universe characters aren't in the Animated line.

Ah well at least we're getting Waspinator, Strika, and Blackout.

Spoken like someone who hasn't seen any of the show.

Its remarkably well written and the animation, while extremely stylized isn't as "infantile" as any of the AEC series.

Because RID & AEC are far more superior than Animated & BW for certain fans.

who are stupidheads

Obligatory'D!
