These instruments are made of high quality wood that feature the Autobot Insignia for the sound board body.
According to the Etsy listing, you can work with Celentano Woodworks to create your own custom edition. Who knows, they might even be receptive to a Decepticon Symbol edition.
There is currently a waiting list for orders on the Autobot Transformers Ukulele will set you back $550 USD.
