The second series of BotBots blind pack figures is starting to hit retail in the US (and we'd figure other locations won't be far behind!) and with that comes the ever-present challenge of the collectible figure: How do you get the ham, the dinosaur coffee maker, or the TV Cop without having to go through failed attempt after failed attempt?
With an ID code guide, obviously. If you're at the second paragraph and reading this, you already know why you're here. We published a BotBots ID codes guide for series one, but with series 2, the process has changed a little bit. Gone are the hand-etched numbers on the lower edge of the cardback. BotBots has hit the bigtime now, and has actual printed code numbers on the packaging. As illustrated just below, you can find the codes clearly printed right at the top, just under the peg hook:
