The image from Figure King Magazine show what the TakaraTomyMall exclusive Classics / Henkei remake of TFC-A-01 Optimus Prime and eHobby exclusive Generations GDO remake of TFC-A-01 Megatron will look like in their robot and alternate modes. The figure appear to be selling for 5480 JPY / $59 USD to be released June 13, 2014. See the images below for the full look.
