By now, it feels like Rise Of The Beasts was a weird dream we cannot seem to wake up from. What was arguably heavily targeted at the Latino community seems to have made spawned at least one bizzare Knockoff. South America is well known for making exotic Transformers variants with the licensed classic Minibots from Antex, Estella, and Plasticos IGA who made the bleeding eyes Optimus Prime shown below, image courtesy of @Meiradario.
The unknown producer has created a ROTB Optimus Primal Frankenstein of sorts, made from heavy rubberized plastic that appears to be a partially remolded from McFarlane Cygor with a pair of primitive rubber swords tacked on. What's Just Prime, are the 3 different modes of randomly changing colors LED lights in the chest, for no good reason at all. Shown here is the Mexican ROTB Primal KO with the MHZ Toys MHM-01 Supreme Commander Collection Edition, oversized SS102 KO.
I hate to put this so plainly, but... These look hideous. Sorry, not sorry.
The makers of KO action figures often put LEDs in their chest for no readily apparent reason. It's usually just a tiny red one. As for why? Tradition? Implied play value? Who can say.
