Transformers Figure Subscription Service Updates - Set 4 Orders Starting, New Head Turnarounds And More

TFCC has been hitting Twitter and Facebook today to try to hype up the Figure Subscription Service, as the fourth round is about to begin its order period. Starting tomorrow, August 11th, and running through September 1st, everyone interested in getting a combining Mayhem Attack Squad can sign up and receive the figures sometime next year. They've also released some information about the current subscription as well, to check that out and more about upcoming TFSS 4, keep reading!

The advertising image posted today features a turnaround for Bludgeon's new head tooling, which goes for the look of the inner robot rather than the Pretender shell's skull face. The head of the combined mode is also promised to be a new piece, and with these and Impactor's new head, all new sculpt parts in this set are accounted for. The image also shows tweaked color mockups of the group compared to what was seen at Botcon, as they now more correctly follow the plastic layouts of the toys being used.

As part of a series of tweets today, they revealed that this subscription set would follow suit with the prior three and be priced under $299. They also noted that for TFSS3, there are no extras to be sold on the Club Store of the first four figures, Carzap, Nacelle, Serpent O.R., and whichever the upcoming fourth figure may be. Their plan for the fourth set is to continue this pattern and have no leftovers, so the only way to get the figures from the Club is by ordering a subscription. While this is of course not the only option when all is said and done, it's a good heads up to not expect to be able to catch desired individual figures at near to the basic subscription unit cost from the Club Store down the road.
