Transformers Generation 1 Unicron Table Lamp From Soldier Story Toys

Soldier Story Toys have announced their officially licensed Transformers Generation 1 Unicron Table Lamp. The light up statue stands over 2 feet tall includes light up features through out the piece including Unicron’s body, faction symbol projection, and even a Hot Rod with Matrix of Leadership on the base. The highly detailed sculpt includes over 70 LED lights with USB charger built in. Read on for more details and images below.

INTRODUCTION

Unicron is a prodigiously large robot whose scale reaches planetary proportions, and he is also able to transform into a mechanical planet. Unicron's origin has expanded over the years from simply being a large robot to being a god of chaos who devours realities. He often employs
the help of Decepticons in his work, and in some stories is considered part of the origin of the Decepticon forces. In the final duel of movie , Hot Rod was able to get his hands on the
Autobot Matrix of Leadership, as the voice of Optimus Prime was heard saying, "Arise, Rodimus Prime". The power of the Matrix reformatted Hot Rod into Rodimus Prime, with a
larger body, deeper voice, and different vehicle mode. Finally, It also destroyed Unicron's body.
