Seriously, that would be a copyright/trademark dilemma. The person would probably want credit for their concept, and Transformers is a registered trademark of Hasbro. And Bay is presumably operating with some sort of license from Hasbro to make the film. I'm not saying it's impossible; just highly unlikely. Unless they did some sort of contest like "Design a Transformer!!! Your idea could be in the next film!" But that's unlikely to happen anytime soon, either.

Damn, I really didn't want to buy movie stuff this time around but if we get good constructicons, THERE IS NO ESCAPE!
