As the
Transformers Dark of the Moon looms upon us, the rest of the world that is ahead of us has already received their figures. Japanese Transformers fan Masabon has posted multiple images of Air Raid, a repaint of the
Transformers Hunt for the Decepticons Thrust that we learned about
earlier this week.
The gun Air Raid is holding is one of the two
store exclusive chrome Mechtech weapons that TakaraTomy was offering to specific retailers throughout Japan.

Masabon has also determined that this figure, along with Arcee (blue and silver repaint of
Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Chromia) will be Japanese exclusives.
He compared other
Transformers Dark of the Moon packaging with the Air Raid packaging and found only TakaraTomy and Paramount Pictures branding on the Air Raid packaging, while the Hasbro brand is seen on the non-exclusive
Dark of the Moon packages.
