New Images of Transformers Generations Million Publishing Artfire; Plus, New Information on Non-Exclusive United Version

Million Publishing's has provided additional images of their exclusive Transformers Generations Artfire that will be out in the third quarter of 2012, just in time for you to decide whether you want this version, or the Transformers United UN-32 Artfire that Takara Tomy will release en masse, which we heard heard about on Wednesday.

The images of the mail-order only figure were made available from Million publishing on their blog and the product page.

In regards to the non-exclusive release, Tformers sponsor TFSource has offered some details, including that the figure will have a different paint job and just one Targetmaster rather than the two with the Million Publishing version.

It is unknown if Targetmaster will be Nightstick or Sparks. It is set for a December 2012 release.

The Million Publishing ($139.95) and United UN-32 ($59.95) are both currently available for pre-order at TFSource.

The figure is a repaint of Transformers Reveal the Shield Grappel.

I'd pay $140 for an E-hobby reissue of G1 Artfire. I'd be hard pressed to pay even $40 for this one. They could have at least made a new ladder for this one instead of reusing the crane arm from Grapple.

I'm just gonna use the ladder from my second Gear of War set, sooo glad I never sold that, lol

Wow considering that ROSS sold Grapple for $10...what is that a 1300% mark up? Sheesh......Agree that they could have at least made a ladder for him....wow....I bet he will still sell....never heard of this character before.

The original G1 figure is considered a "holy grail" of sorts for most G1 collectors, like Stepper it was released as a Japanese exclusive during the Headmasters series, it was a retool of G1 Grapple/Inferno and I believe that it came with the japanese release of Fracas as it's Targetmaster companion, though both Stepper and Artfire had their Targetmaster's renamed Nebulon for their original release. It goes for ridiculous amounts of money on ebay, though exactly how rare the figure was is uncertain.

I'll stick with the United Single Targetmaster Artfire

I pre-ordered Generations Artfire last week, I'll stick with this double Targetmaster version thank you

One Targemaster and one PCC Minicon, neither of which looks good when attached to the alt-mode.
