Comics Alliance has revealed IDW is planning a company-wide homage to the old-fashioned comic cover paste-ups of the past, in recognition of their successful "Artist's Edition" line of books that tries to faithfully reproduce comic art as originally drawn. The Casey Coller cover to Transformers: Optimus Prime #3 gives away some plot points only hinted at in the issue #1 solicitation, as does the issue #3 solicitation also in the article.
