Transformers Siege Wave 2 Battle Masters Names Found in Walmart Website Listings

A report from Jtprime17 has given us a look at new Walmart website listings for Transformers Siege, the first part of the War For Cybertron Trilogy. While primarily just giving us secondary confirmation of a lot of things already revealed in prior Amazon listings, like Voyager class Soundwave and Springer due sometime later down the line, there is a little bit of actual new info revealed here, in the second assortment of Battle Masters.

While we learned that the first wave would be consisting of Firedrive (Firebolt), Lionizer, and Blowpipe, it appears there will be three more new figures in the second wave. Caliburst is a legacy name joining the ranks of updated -Master partners, and shipping with that is Smashdown, which we might presume to be the hammer vaguely alluded to not long ago in the Instagram story about Ultra Magnus. But rounding this set out is the clear winner of everything ever: Pteraxadon. We would guess it does exactly what it says on the label, converting from pterosaur to axe, and we think that's just wonderful.

On a slightly more negative note, depending on your point of view, the extent of listings does fail to reveal any further Decepticon characters at the Deluxe price point besides Flywheels, making it seem that only the larger price points may be offering any significant bad guy roster for this line. Hopefully we'll see some more new information in the near future to indicate a better balance of character offers over more of the price points.
