TFC Toys Shows Off Robot Modes of Iron Army, the 3rd Party Power Core Combiners Limbs

TFC Toys has shown off their upcoming Iron Army figures, the Power Core Combiners third party limbs.

Just like the Hasbro versions, these limbs can be used on all figures, as it is showcased on Power Core Combiners figures Bombshock and Heavytread bodies.

The figures were announced back in November 2011 and were showcased this past weekend at BotCon 2012.

The figures are split up into Set A German Tiger-I Tank and U.S. P-51 Mustang plan; and Set B Japanese J7 Shinden plane and Russian T-34 tank, with TFC teasing that there will be others in the future.

These sets are due for a late May release.

Yeah I was a little disappointed to find that a set was only 2.....they know you will buy the 4 so why not just make a 4 set....I would pay 50 for the set of 4 but 80 is a little steep....after all it's PCC combiners that were 10 bucks......I really like the set though....maybe they will go on clearance at bbts.... ; )

$30 isn't TOO bad. Still not quite worth it.

Isn't Robotkingdom based out of Hong Kong and thus charges cripplingly expensive shipping rates Lower Prices won't do much when shipping ramps them right back up...I'd get these guys just cuz the arms finally have bending elbows!

Well I was going to buy these but not at $40 for twoIron Army Two-Pack A - Tiger-1 Tank & P-51 Mustang $39.99Iron Army Two-Pack B - T-34 Tank & J7 Shinden $39.99I would have paid $40 for all 4 of them, but no way I am going to pay $80 for all 4I thought they were selling the 4 pack for $29.99 on robotkingdom.comI could be wrong as I didn't dig to research anything. I quicky looked at the $29.99 price & thought it was for all 4Update: I went to the robotkingdom.com site. Their selling 2 PCC drones for $29.99. so at least their $10 cheaper than the $39.99 BBTS.com prices. Robotkingdom PCC drones $29.99 links below: (link)

The Gobot idea makes me reconsider not wanting to buy these, I am currently attempting to build up my Renegade Army. The Cy-kill I comissioned from Xaviercal turned out absolutely wonderfully, I've been trying to find some molds that screamed Gobot to me, the first one that comes to mind is the Ultra Powerglide, which is even more appealing since I currently do not own the mold.

I like them. Give me a reason to display PCC Bombshock (or whatever the hell his name is). Its the only one I got though so I probably wouldnt buy any other ones they make just for not having the main part of the body.

Or 4 Technobot themed vehicles...Or 4 Technobot themed vehicles...I'm also hoping TFC creates more themed sets. like: race cars, jets, dinosaurs, rescue vechicles, technobot themed vechicles, jungle animals,etc...for $29.99 it's a decent price & these drones with robot modes makes the liscensed PCC toys worth while & must get TF toys.OMG,If TFC releases transforming PCC dinosaur drones that change into robots for that hasbro PCC Dinosaur 5 pack. then This would be a awesome homage to 1989 Takara TF Victory dinoking. maybe another 3rd party company will step in,make this further awesome by creating those dinosaur pretender shells.
