Transformers: The Last Knight - New Diecast Metal Pendants Coming To Japanese Gachapon Vending Machines

Planning to visit Japan around July and have a couple 100 Yen coins lying around? You can convert those small pieces of metal into small Transformers: The Last Knight themed pieces of metal via these new Gachapon (vending machine) pendants discovered on the junfanyizu TaoBao page and reposted by Autobase Aichi. Keep reading for more details! Options include Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Megatron, Squweeks, and movie-style Autobot and Decepticon badges. The pendants are slightly over an inch in length at 32 millimeters. These should hit Japanese vending machines on July 2nd for 200 yen each.

T/L note: the word "Gachapon" comes from a pair of onomatopoeia describing the operation of a kids' toy vending machine: you turn the knob on the machine (gacha) and out pops (pon) a small capsule containing your prize.

Transformers: The Last Knight (known in Japan as Transformers: Saigo no Kishi-Oh, or "Transformers: The Last Knight-King) comes out in the US on June 23rd.
