"S250" has shared some information about the "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" Devastator figure.
Citing a Hasbro Product Manager, "s250" states the gestalt is similar to the Transformers Energon Optimus Prime figure, where "most [of the] construction vehicles [are] just transformable drones as a part of Devastator, [with] no robot mode[s]."
