Transformers Dark of the Moon & ROTF Skids Comparisons Show An All-New Mold

New images of Transformers: Dark of the Moon deluxe Skids have surfaced, showing that we are indeed getting a new mold.

The images show off the robot and vehicle modes, which we have seen before, but gives us a good comparison look with the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen version.

The Chevrolet Spark, the vehicle Dark of the Moon Skids and Mudflap are based on, is the production version of the Chevrolet Beat Concept, which was used as Skids alternate mode in Revenge of the Fallen was based on, but there are almost always a certain number of changes made to a vehicle before it hits production.

While the Chevrolet Spark in the film and for the toy add two additional doors, it seems that Dark of the Moon is a little shorter than the Revenge of the Fallen version, and also adds a teensy bit of heft.

The face, as we have noted before, will also be getting a bit of a change. The Dark of the Moon figure will get some new forearms as well.
