Following the Transformers Universe Founders Initiative that just launched now launched. Jagex has posted a FAQ with details on wants fans get when paying for the different packs they are offering. The big surprise is the $449.99 for the Cybernite pack includes a 1--inch figurine (statue)! This is all very well and good, but it seems to be a bit strange that the game that has been promoted at "Free to Play" for years now has a twist that is going to cost more than meets the wallet. There are four available packs – Bronze, Silver, Gold and Cybernite. All Founders will receive an exclusive avatar and title to display in forums after their purchase. Founders will also have a whole collection of bonus content depending on the pack purchased – ranging from equipment bundles, warrior upgrades and in-game tools to exclusive warriors and Bodykits.

What are Repair Paks, Power Cores & Mining Probes?
These are in game items that will provide a benefit to your chosen Transformer. Specifically;
Repair Paks - These instantly repair warriors, allowing them to quickly return to battle.
Power Cores - These provide passive upgrades to warriors, which can assist them in combat. A Power Core will go offline each time a warrior is defeated.
Mining Probes – These allow a warrior to extract Energon from the ground, once it has been located with their onboard scanner.
What are Relics?
Relics are in-game currency which can be used to recruit new warriors, buy upgrades and Resprays. Relics can be purchased or earned in-game.
What specs will I need to run the game?
We want to ensure that all Founders have a great game experience, so please make sure you consider the following min spec before you complete your purchase.

How do I redeem my Relics, exclusive items and warriors?
Once you have created an account here and purchased a Founders Pack, all the exclusive content offered will be added to your account in two phases. The relevant avatar will be added to your account immediately. The second phase will take place on the day of launch, on that day you will receive all the additional content including; Relics, game items, early access warriors, season passes, and limited edition Bodykits.
Items will be equally split between Autobot and Decepticon, so items will be available for each faction when playing. Early Access warriors will be available to Silver, Gold and Cybernite Founder Packs only. Cybernite Founders receive an additional 9 warriors for each faction.
How does payment work with Founders Pack?
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, JCB and American Express, and alternative payment methods including PayPal. Founders Pack also come with a season pass premium membership, with varying degrees of length – from 60 days to 1 year, depending on the pack purchased. Once memberships begin, these months will be accredited to your account and can be renewed once they expire.
What is the "Founders Honor Roll"?
As part of the Founders initiative, all Founders will have their commander names posted forever on our Honor Roll page. This page will go live before the game launches, and will immortalize all those that chose to become Transformers Universe Founders.
What is the season pass?
A season pass adds premium bonuses to an account including new warriors and consumables worth more than $11 each month, 25% increase in warrior experience, and 10% Transformers Universe Store discount. The combo passes that come with Founders Packs provides contents and bonuses for both factions. Additional premium bonuses will be announced closer to launch.

I bought a Cybernite Founders Pack. How do I get my figurine?
All Cybernite Founders will be contacted via email to collect shipping details. Figurines will be shipped within 60 days of launch.
How tall is the collectible figurine?
As shown in the image below the Transformers Universe collectible figurine will come in at approximately 10 inches tall.
When is the release date for Transformers Universe?
The official launch is set for Summer 2014. We are currently running in closed BETA. Read the official announcement about the release date here and stay tuned as we reveal more information in the comings weeks.
I’ve bought a Founders Pack, but the game doesn’t run on my machine.

How do I get a beta invite, and how will I know I got in?
Click here to register for beta access. We are inviting the general public in waves for the closed BETA. This involves selecting a number of people with particular game specs. Initially we will be looking to invite a select number of people, an important part of testing stability and gameplay. Certain specs and factors play a key role in invites as they ensure the best candidates for the current game build. Length of time since registering is unfortunately not a factor at this current stage.
As we release more beta sessions, we will invite more and more users, so if you are not invited to the initial session, you will be able to access the game sometime in the future.
I’m having problems redeeming my Founders Pack.
Season passes, Relics, game items, early access warriors and Bodykits for Gold and Cybernite Founders Pack will be added on launch. Log into Transformers Universe with your account, and play through the tutorial before accessing the Hangar. Depending on the pack purchased, you will have access to particular Power Cores, Repair Paks and Mining Probes – found in the Store. Check the list of benefits in your Founders Pack here. If you are unable to see certain equipment, warriors or Bodykits, please contact us here and include the type of Founders Pack purchased and the date of purchase.
How can I access my Gold and Cybernite Bodykits?
The body kits will be available when the game launches, to access the body kits from launch please follow these steps:
Log into Transformers Universe with your account, and access the Hangar. Click on Barracks, and select the Resprays tab, where you will see available Bodykits – available exclusively to the early access warriors available to Gold and Cybernite Founders.
