Judging from the hashtags and video, this is likely to be Autobot Meltdown based on the Medic style Transformers with weapons like the Motion Spore: Boraya Beam Gun, Fix Field: Starstream Beam Gun, and Hot Heal: Protex Rocket Launcher.
