But sometimes a snake is not just a snake: as we learned today, Tom Scioli had Duke smoking a cigar. No word is given as to why it was changed, but considering it's pretty difficult for other such merchandising icons as Wolverine to get their hands on a smoke anymore, it's not difficult to figure out.
