War For Cybertron Game to be Accompanied by a Toyline?
bwbm - Friday, December 11, 2009
Thanks to a some sharp-eyed forum members, there is a strong possibility that Transformers: War for Cybertron the upcoming Transformers game from Activision, will also come with a toyline!
A lone image of an unpainted prototype figure in vehicle mode was posted on KOToys quite a while ago, which we simply disregarded as a possibly unproduced toy. However, with such a close resemblance of the figure to the Optimus Prime vehicle mode featured in the game trailer, there is quite a large possibility that the game will be accompanied with a toyline.
Thanks to "timothyVritchey" for these images.

Tim stole my internet thunder! (Post #3) Ah it's okay though, at least everyone knows about this now. Anyway, I'm excited. This could be something good we're getting ourselves into.
Unlikely, the Wii doesn't have the power or disc space to play larger games, thats why the PS3, 360 and PC versions of ROTF were not on Wii and instead they released a crappy on the rails shooter thing. There will absolutely be some crappy tie-in game exclusive to the Wii to compliment this gam... read more

Yeah I know, but it's safe to say this is a sure bet. Anybody remember all the arguing over that blue TM2 Megatron years ago?
So this is what smart ass overload feels like! I can think of so many ways to pick on this statement that I can't decide on just one
well that would look like undeniable proof now would'nt it? It's good to see a new line emerge! I was getting worried.

Both titles combine two full games from the epic, galactic saga between the AUTOBOTS and DECEPTICONS into one package loaded with adventure and value for this holiday season.
So, it seems lately that there's always something I don't like about Optimus prime figures and their paintjobs. Last time it was PRID OPtimus that I had to do something about, and since I've just got my Corbot V war axe in, I decided to finally tackle WFC Optimus. For those who are worried that they if they jump into Transformers War for Cybertron multiplayer now will be extremely far behind, have no fear: the multiplayer XP will now multiply by five starting on Monday until forever. This change is in effect for Microsoft Xbox 360, Sony Playstation 3, and PC versions only. So if you have been looking to max out all of your classes but have been too lazy to do it with only a 1 to 1 ratio for points, how about 5 to 1?
