Its about Prime we got a proper Transformers War Within Optimus Prime figure. The amazing comic design for this character has only been realized officially in the Titanium series as the small robot form and the larger scale Transformable figures. There has been one highly detailed third party release for the Spark Toys ST01 DW Alpha figure from 2016 that is long gone and now highly coveted.
Thus, it is very good news to learn that Civil Warrior will be producing an all new mold that pays homage to the War Within Optimus Prime character called "General Grant". Featuring more detailing than we have seen before, die-cast parts, led lighting, and the addition of a trailer and base modes. Civil Warrior is making this edition the best War Within figure yet.
Coming late in 2019, there is no word on pricing or exact release date yet, but you can see the product specs with grey prototype images of the robot and alternate modes now in the gallery below - trailer and base TBA.
