G2 Megatron Repaint for Revenge of the Fallen Toy Line?

There has been a new auction posted by "tfctoy" who claims that this is an official prototype repaint. It seems official enough. The toy's in denial, it seems to think it's not for sale. The pictures show a green and black colors Megatron with some paint apps, so its likely not test shot.
